1. You may return your items within 10 days of receiving your order.  Returned items are only eligible for an exchange if the item or items do not match the description of what was originally intended for purchase, apparent defect, or if style, hair type, or color does not match purchase description.  Please feel free to contact us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

2. All items to be considered for exchange must be returned in original condition and must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging so that we can clearly see the issue for the return.  The purpose of this is to ensure that the customer bares no responsibility of the issue. MyThairapy does NOT resale returned items or previously owned products. 

3. In order to return items, please contact us via email at info@mythairapy.org or 240-630-1132 and provide the detailed information including the reason and your purchase order number when submitting your return request. We will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss the matter and if determination is clear, MyThairapy will instruct Customer to return the item and will provide return to address.  Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange request and ship out the new item or items as requested.  Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee.

4. Customers may keep any free gifts given during original purchase.
